Focus: Big names, unforgettable first impressions

Early Morning (Sunrise)

  • Angkor Wat 🌄

    • Go early (around 5:00 am) for sunrise

    • Explore the galleries, bas-reliefs, and central towers after sunrise

Mid-Morning

  • Angkor Thom

    • South Gate (great photo spot)

    • Bayon Temple 😮 (the famous smiling faces)

    • Baphuon

    • Phimeanakas

    • Terrace of the Elephants

    • Terrace of the Leper King

Lunch Break

  • Lunch local restaurant nearby the temple  

Afternoon

  • Ta Keo (unfinished but impressive)

Optional Day 3: Beyond Angkor (If You Have Time)

Choose one depending on your energy:

Option A: Nature + Adventure

  • Banteay Srei 💕 (pink sandstone, incredible carvings)

  • Banteay Samré

  • Stop at a local village or sugar palm farm








DAY 3 Phnom Kulen ( Kulen Moutain)

  • 8:30 Am from Hotel Go early (important!)

  • Road up the mountain is one-way:

    • Up: morning only

    • Down: afternoon only

 1- Preah Ang Thom (Reclining Buddha)

  • Large sacred reclining Buddha carved into rock

  • Local pilgrims come to pray—very peaceful

  • Dress respectfully (covered shoulders & knees)

2-River of a 1000 Lingas ( Kulen section)

  • Walk along the riverbed

  • See ancient carvings (Lingas & Hindu symbols) under the water

  • Holy water flows downstream toward Angkor 🙏

 3-Lunch Break

  • Local restaurants near the waterfall

  • Simple Khmer food (fried rice, noodles, grilled chicken)

  • Bring snacks & water just in case
